The 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day the goods reach you to tell us you are withdrawing, and you do not have to give a reason. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

How to start one

Write through the contact page or by post, with the order number. A clear statement is enough; there is no form you are obliged to use.

Condition

You may handle and inspect a tool as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that and its value has dropped as a result, the refund may be reduced by the amount of that drop.

Who pays the postage

Outbound delivery is ours. Sending the item back is yours, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we pay.

When the money arrives

Within 14 days of us receiving the goods, or of you proving you sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.
