Why

• To fulfil the contract when you order – we cannot deliver without an address.
• To answer a question you sent us.
• To meet legal obligations, mainly tax and accounting.

Who else sees it

The carrier delivering your parcel, our payment provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long it is kept

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries for up to two years, so we can follow up a thread. Then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Write through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority – in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
