Batteries and charging

Do the batteries swap between tools?

We do not claim that they do. Several of these tools run on 48V packs, but the manufacturer does not state that the packs are interchangeable between models, so neither do we. Treat each tool as coming with its own.

How long does a charge last?

Where the manufacturer gives a figure, it is on the product: the precision pruner is quoted at three to four and a half hours per battery, the blower at around thirty minutes. Where no figure is given we do not invent one.

What comes in the box?

The tool, its batteries and a charger. Anything else specific to a model is listed on that product.

Ordering and paying

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Cash to the courier when it arrives, at no extra cost. Card at the checkout also works.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, to street addresses in all 27 EU countries, whatever the order size.

Do you deliver to parcel lockers?

No. These are bulky and the courier needs to hand them over.

Returns

How long do I have?

14 days from delivery to withdraw without a reason, then 14 more to send it back. See returns and refunds.

What if it is faulty?

Choosing

Chain saw or precision pruner?

Thickness decides it. The pruner takes branches up to 30 mm and is a one-handed tool for a lot of small cuts. The saw takes wood up to 10 cm. If you are hesitating between them you probably want the pruner.

Will the weed burner work on a gravel drive?

That is what it is for – paths, drives and terraces. Established weeds may need more than one pass.
